A character portal is a nice way to present characters to viewers. There are two templates needed to be created to make the characters portal works.
The first template is:
Template:Portal[]
<includeonly>{| style="background-color:white; border:3px solid black;border-radius: 10px 10px 10px 10px;" |- align="center" |<div style="position:relative; height: 90px; width: 100px;"> <div style="position: absolute; top: 78px; left: 0px; width: 100px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 12px; z-index: 4; text-align: right; font-weight: caption;"><table cellspacing="0" cellpadding="1" style=" background-color:black;-moz-border-radius-topleft:8px; border-radius:5px;" align="right"><tr><td> <font color="white" size="1">{name}</font></td></tr></table></div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; height: 90px; width: 100px; overflow: hidden"> <div style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; font-size: 130px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 100px; z-index: 3"> </div> <div style="position: absolute; top: 0px; left: 0px; z-index: 2; "></div> </div></div> |}</includeonly>
Next, this is the template put at the page where you want the characters to be seen:
Template:Characters Portal[]
